Take a break, have a laugh, and get a little messy (in the best way)! Join us for a light-hearted mid-year mental health check-in designed just for area young professionals. On Wednesday, July 9th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Ashland University’s Center for the Arts (Third Floor - Room 339), we’re bringing you a hands-on creative workshop featuring the talents of Martha Buckner from the Ashland Symphony Orchestra and Cynthia Petry, Assistant Professor of Art at Ashland University. Expect a fun mix of rhythm games, artistic expression, and good-natured fun as we test our ability to hold a beat and craft some art. Come for the laughs, stay for the creativity—and walk away feeling recharged. Pack a lunch and join us—eating during the session is encouraged!
