Ever dream of designing and creating your own stunning stained glass art? Through this workshop, you can! Join Dream in the studio as she teaches this comprehensive 8 hour workshop across two Saturdays and transform raw sheets of glass into a luminous work of art.
This beginner-friendly course is designed to guide you step-by-step through the entire copper-foil method of stained glass creation. From initial concept to final polish, you will learn the timeless skills needed to bring your unique vision to life. You'll leave the workshop not only with a beautiful finished piece to hang in your window, but with the knowledge and confidence to continue your stained glass journey.
Our goals to complete by end of Day One (Sept. 6)
• Design & Patterning: How to create a successful design that is both beautiful and structurally sound.
• Glass Cutting & Shaping: Safely and accurately score and cut glass to fit your pattern.
• Grinding: Using a glass grinder to smooth edges and ensure a perfect fit for every piece.
Our goals to complete by end of Day Two (Sept. 13)
• Copper Foiling: Applying copper foil with precision—the essential step that binds your project together.
• Soldering & Finishing: Mastering the soldering iron to create clean, strong seams, and applying the final patina and polish to make your project shine.
