Beginners is for first time competitors or those who have competed before but aren’t ready to make the step up to Novice. Can’t compete in Novice if you have won a Novice Competition. If you are unsure as to which category you fall in drop us a message.

Event 1 - Overhead Medley Log, Axle, Circus DB 60s. 1 rep on log 1 rep on axle then reps on DB for remaining time

WB - 32kg, 35kg, 20kg
WN - 42kg, 45kg, 31kg
MB - 65kg, 70kg, 42kg
MN - 85kg, 90kg, 53kg

Event 2 - Axle Deadlift reps in 60s. Women 50mm bar Men 60mm bar

WB - 100kg
WN - 120kg
MB - 160kg
MN - 200kg

Event 3 - Yoke Carry x30m (10m+10m+10m) 75s TC

WB - 100kg
WN - 140kg
MB - 180kg
MN - 220kg

Event 4 - Death Medley. Keg, Duck Walk, Sled Drag 10m each 60s TC

Event 5 - Sandbag over Yoke reps in 60s. Women over 44” Men over 48”

WB - 50kg
WN - 60kg
MB - 80kg
MN - 100kg

Straps allowed for deadlift no suits. Grip tops fine.
