80th ANNIVERSARY VJ DAY COMMEMORATION ASHINGTON

A ceremony will be held to commemorate all who took part in the campaign in the Far East during WW2. It is the 80th anniversary of Victory over Japan and the Fusiliers will remember in particular the men of X Company (Ashington) who were part of the 9th Battalion The Royal Northumberland Fusiliers. All are welcome to attend.
