SCHOOLS KAPA HAKA FESTIVAL 2025!

Get ready, Tāmaki-Nui-ā-Rua! Our annual Schools Kapa Haka Festival is back — and this year is going to be the BIGGEST and BEST yet!

Wednesday 17 September 2025
8:45 AM – 3:00 PM
The Hub, 24 Allardice Street, Dannevirke

With over 700 tamariki from 14+ schools taking the stage, you won’t want to miss the energy, pride, and powerful performances of our local rangatahi.

There will be a sausage sizzle, drinks, and heaps of whānau-friendly fun!

Gold Coin Entry – Bring the whole whānau!
Don’t forget to grab a colouring competition sheet from Tararua REAP (15 Gordon Street, Dannevirke)!

Let’s pack the house and celebrate our tamariki as they bring the wairua to life through kapa haka!
