Grief can be isolating, confusing, uncomfortable and weird. It's like being part of a club we didn't sign up for.

'Exploring the Seasons of Grief' is a programme that is none of these things. It will offer you a space to learn, connect, understand and navigate your grief journey. Open to people with grief of any kind. This is a programme you want to sign up for.
