Sensual Embodied Dance Class

These classes are designed to create nurturing spaces for women to gather together to feel and express the life that is flowing through them, including their heart energy, their creativity and their instinctive, primal nature.

Within these classes, you will be guided through flowing, nourishing dance movements and individual, partner and group activities that are designed to drop us deeper into our bodies, awaken and connect to the aliveness and feelings present within us, experience play and collaboration with each other, and be witnessed and celebrated for your unique expression and essence.

No previous dance experience is needed! Beginners are most welcome to attend.

$33 (for bookings made by 10th May) $40 afterwards.

Optional tea and chat afterwards until approximately 9.45pm. If you like to bring snacks, feel free.
