The Red Tent: Moon Circles
A warm, inclusive space to honour the New and Full Moon cycles with breathwork, movement, shamanic journeys, meditation, sound healing and more. Open to women of all ages & stages, from menarche to post menopause.

What to Expect
• Connection & Community: A supportive circle for women to share, listen, and grow together.
• Moon-Aligned Practices: Guided breathwork, dance, and meditation to align with the energy of the moon.
• Embodiment & Self-Care: Gentle practices to reconnect with your body, heart, and inner wisdom.

When: Sundays, 4–6 PM (around the New and Full Moons)
Where: The Yurt, Appledore
Contribution: Pay by donation (no woman turned away)
