Introduction to Proper Pizza with Gozney

Have you drooled over the leopard crusts of perfect Neapolitan pizzas and dreamed of making them from scratch at home? Then this is the course for you. Using a few key fresh ingredients and learning the techniques needed for perfect dough everytime we can create the most delicious Pizzas, complete with some authentic Italian toppings, all washed down with some delicious prosecco, another of Italy's finest creations!

Learn about making the dough from scratch, proving, stretching and shaping your pizza as well as making a fresh base passata before cooking in our Pizza oven and enjoying!

Even if you don't have a pizza oven at home this course is perfect to inspire and just enjoy some great food and learn some new techniques in the kitchen.

No weighing up or washing up. Suitable for Vegetarians. Not suitable for Coeliac or Vegans.
