Baking 101

During this class you will learn how to bake chocolate fudge brownies, salted caramel cupcakes and, the ultimate brown butter chocolate chip cookies. These divine treats are sure to tickle your taste buds!

You’ll make each element of these recipes, so you get a fuller understanding of how flavours work together and be able to elevate your simple cupcake to a little bit extra cupcake. The best part is, by the end of the class you’ll be leaving with a box full of delicious goodies to take home and share amongst the family.

Take-home box included but you are welcome to bring your own along.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, and egg. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
