Write Back To Myself w/ Margaret Kirschner

Your body tells the truth​, and these whispers of truth show up as sensations in your body. ​​Based on the original prompt-based journal by Margaret Kirschner “Write Back to Myself,” this workshop will blend, ​creative flow yoga with short nuggets of journal writing ​to carve space for these unseen pearls of wisdom to be revealed.

Join this workshop to come home to yourself and your inner gifts; they are your personal compass nudging you to stay aligned with your soul’s destiny. You’ll discover how to bypass the mind and talk directly with your body’s wisdom through movement and writing. You’ll walk away with new skills to make decisions from a place of embodied knowing.
