Standing on the Sky: An Approach to Headstand w/ Leaflin

In this workshop we will explore intelligent methods of approaching the illustrious pose that is headstand.

Step by step, we will learn how to prepare the body for this pose, essentials of alignment, & how to incorporate bandha for greater ease. We will also explore some alternatives to headstand, that still give all the benefits of inverting. Students will leave with a greater sense of trust in themselves, and the fresh new perspective that inversions have to offer.
