Kim Shaffer and Paula Kelley with NCGCM lead us in a two-part series exploring the VILLAGE TO VILLAGE MODEL - a unique approach designed to support seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life as they age. Attend with a group of friends and neighbors to learn how the Village to Village model empowers older adults with the support of their neighbors and friends who choose to age in community.
