Join us for a gentle yoga flow that prepares your heart, mind, and body for deep relaxation to the live acoustic vibrations of gong, singing bowls, handpans, flutes, didgeridoos, harmonium, and a variety of string and percussion instruments masterfully blended by sound artists Bryan Vallone and Mackenzie McDonald Wilkins.
