Rest and Receive: A Post-Holiday Restorative Workshop

Step away from the bustle of the season and immerse yourself in two hours of deep rest and nourishment. This special workshop is designed to recharge your body, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed after the intensity of the holiday.

Through subtle somatic movement, long restorative postures supported by plenty of props and gentle touch with hands-on assists, you’ll be guided into a state of ease where body and mind can fully let go. Relaxing waves of sound bowls and chimes will weave through the practice, creating a resonant field of calm. The practice will close with a deeply restful yoga nidra, offering the rare gift of being cared for without needing to do anything in return.

Come as you are—whether you’ve been traveling, hosting, or simply moving through the holiday whirlwind—this workshop is an invitation to slow down and soften. Receive and replenish your own reserves so you can move back into the season with more presence, ease, and energy.
