Amelie - A New Orleans Cafe (Pop-up)

this is the first pop up for Amelie, an elevated casual restaurant concept that I've been working on for the past four and a half years. I'm going to showcase some of the food that made New Orleans famous as well as what I loved eating as a child growing up in New Orleans.
