Join AmeriHealth Caritas every month for FREE Qi GONG for a boost to your health and wellness routine. Come learn how to relax your mind and body through slow intentional movements.

BEINGS RECURRING NOVEMER 1st.

Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, unless center is closed.

Please wear comfortable clothes and flat soled shoes

A gentle practice to synchronize movement with breath
Benefits: Improves strength, flexibility and balance
Improves sleep, decreases stress and improves immunity
Qi Gong can be practiced seated, standing or as a visualization practice
