Pachamama Flow & Shamanic Journey

We welcome all to come and embark on a journey in this sacred circle of life. We offer ancient rituals of coming home to our Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) and all she embodies. We will partake in a ceremony of Calling Directions. This is a way of honoring and invoking the living energies of Earth, Air, Sun, Water & the Great Mystery through gratitude and prayer. Weaving in these ancient blessings, we will experience an empowering flow honoring the elements within us and around us.

Through breath, mantra and sacred movements, we will gather forth in reflection and meaningful intentions you hold deeply within. Through Shamanic Journeying, you will learn how to discover helping guides or Power animals that can take different forms specific to your life’s unique needs to offer dear guidance and support unique to each individual. We welcome beginners or experienced practitioners to join in this beautiful gift of life.

Shamanic journey has been practiced by many healing traditions of indigenous peoples around the world. It is a sacred interaction with the spirit world connecting you deeper to your Highest Self and can also be used to support communities and tribal nations by offering guidance in many diverse ways.

Journeying usually takes place with the sound of a rhythmic drum beat and lying or sitting on the earth with closed eyes. One will enter the journey symbolically through openings in the earth that one chooses such as a cave, water, a hole in a tree or the ground, unique to every being.

We look forward to sharing this ancient and beautiful ceremony woven with yoga uniting us to our true self and connecting us deeper to this sacred earth we live in.
