On Friday, August 15th we drop a small batch of Nectarine Clafoutis Ice Cream at all locations and featuring juicy, sun-kissed nectarines from our friends at Lee’s One Fortune Farm.

Clafoutis (pronounced klah-foo-TEE) is a classic French dessert that walks the line between cake and custard. Traditionally baked with stone fruits like cherries or nectarines, it's rich and delicate, with a silky texture and golden, caramelized edges. This flavor brings all the elegance of a French countryside dessert into a scoopable, dreamy delight.
