NAMI Connections Support Group

NAMI Connections is a peer-led support group for adults living with mental health challenges. We meet every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday of the month to provide a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, find support, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

All are welcome, and attendance is free
