Led by Brian Asheland (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt, MMA veteran) and supported by Colleen Daly (Chris Torres Self Defense Black Belt, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt), this trauma-informed event strips away the ego and intimidation so you can focus on learning, growing, and having fun.
