FREE INTRO: An Organic Intelligence Workshop- When Helping Feels Hard

Join us at ACNC Wellness and Opporutnity Center for a FREE workshop teaching post-trauma growth and nervous system regulation skills. This event is especially designed for an audience of those in the helping professions but helpful for anyone who has been through a significant stressor or is a support person for those who have experienced turmoil.

• Learn how to sustain your energy, reduce burnout and increase your confidence as a helper, even when you’re going through some of the same stressors as your clients
• Increase compassion, resilience, and ease in your professional or personal life
• Go home with skills you can start using today
• Especially useful for professions such as: counselors, teachers, medical/healing professionals, yoga/meditation instructors, etc.

Workshop led by Eliza Meadows. Eliza has18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Organic Intelligence® Coach, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, and Certified Nutritionist.
