You're invited to a beautiful barn concert in Asheville!
In celebration of the dark turn of the seasons, Halloween, and Day of the Dead, Asheville-based bands The Moon & You and Hannah Kaminer, along with stellar drummer Ross Montsinger, have put together a special night of live music. Dark Turn of Mind: A Haunted Americana Tour features haunting, ghostly, foreboding, and in some cases humorous songs that are part of the dark lifeblood of the folk, country, and Americana traditions. This show features favorites by Gillian Welch, Dylan LeBlanc, Nina Simone, Johnny Cash, Radiohead (yes, we know they're from England), and more, along with originals by band members Ryan Furstenberg, Melissa Hyman, and Hannah Kaminer.
We are so excited to be hosting this special BARN concert at the amazing working horse farm of local musicians Aubrey & Justin Eisenman. This is on the west side of Asheville, out New Leicester Highway.
Doors: 6:30pm
Show: 7pm
Suggested donation: $20/person
DO bring your own camp chair. Feel free to BYOB and snacks!
