We’re living in tender, turbulent times — a world stretched by division, uncertainty, and overwhelm. In the midst of it all, how do we stay connected to what’s true? How do we keep our hearts open without collapsing? How do we stay rooted when so much feels out of balance? And how can we reclaim the wildness that knows how to love, grieve, rage, rest, and begin again?
In this weekend workshop, we step onto the dance floor to practice embodied resilience — the kind that helps us meet life with presence, compassion, and courage. Through guided movement, somatic inquiry, and shared exploration, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves, to connect more deeply with ourselves and others, and to remember the inner wisdom that knows how to navigate complexity with grace.
Join us as we explore the essential qualities of embodied resilience:
~ A strong back that holds us steady through challenge and change
~ A soft front that allows us to stay open, present, and connected
~ A wild heart that remembers how to feel fully and live truthfully
This is not a space for perfection — it’s a space for truth, movement, and remembering.
No experience needed — just bring your breath, your curiosity, and your beating heart.
Come as you are. Let’s move together — for ourselves, for each other, for these times.

"Wow.......Wow. That's all I could say at the end of Stacey's workshop. I looked for more words and I could still find none. After I've returned home and settled again I can now say wow and...what an experience. Stacey's skill and expertise and obvious love for this work shone in every thing that was said and shared, and how it was held and guided. Such a sensitivity and deep understanding of this work and the human journey of healing and embodiment. Lived experience was the biggest quality that touched me. Embodied guidance is what we received, and I came out deepened as a human being, more embodied and deeper connected to all that is me. I love this work. Deepest gratitude and I will surely see you again! ...Wow! Really.."
