ACTIVATE COURAGE is a compelling presentation centered on the widely known harm-reduction technique called "bystander intervention."

Typically deployed to disrupt problem behavior in order to prevent an assault, ACTIVATE COURAGE expands on how intervention may be utilized to confront a wide array of interpersonal harms. We'll explore social contexts, observation techniques, and several strategies for how to safely approach complex situations.

And don't worry... even though some content may seem a bit heavy, our goal is personal empowerment. So don't expect anything shocking or set in a tone of doom & gloom (a.k.a. this is trauma-informed content). Besides, skill-building alongside your fellow community members is where it's at!
