Starting Thursday 21st August, Regent Cinema is screening - Jane Austen Wrecked My Life –

2025 year marks the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen’s birth. Starting Thursday 21st August, we have a beautiful film that honours this milestone, a Romance / Comedy / Drama - JANE AUSTEN WRECKED MY LIFE.

Battling a severe case of writer’s block, Agathe Robinson (Camille Rutherford) is invited to a prestigious Jane Austen residency in England. In a manor house ripped directly from the pages of a novel, she meets Jane Austen’s great great great great nephew and become embroiled in an Austen-esque romance.

Directed by Laura Piani, JANE AUSTEN WRECKED MY LIFE, is a beautiful love letter to the reverred author.
