Yoga with Harshini

Hi everyone! I'm excited to be teaching for Wellness Loudoun in January and February. I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in Yin. My practice started when I was a teenager, but it took on a whole new meaning in the last five years. With a demanding job and a full life, I turned to breathwork and movement not for perfection but for grounding, clarity, and self-connection.

Yoga became the space where I learned my own rhythms, my breath, and my body’s wisdom. I’m a lifelong learner, and every time I step on my mat I discover something new and that curiosity is what I bring into my teaching.

My intention is simple: no perfection, no judgment, just presence. Every student moves with their own story, their own capacity, and their own pace and that’s exactly how it should be.

I teach a 60-minute Hatha class where we slow down, hold postures for 3–5 breaths, and connect movement with intentional breathwork. Think grounding, steady, and deeply supportive.
