In July, join us at Wellness Loudoun for a weekly all-levels yoga class focused on movement, breath, & self-kindness. Taught by experienced instructor Lori March, this class offers a welcoming space to reduce stress, reconnect with your body, & support your overall well-being. No experience needed—just come as you are.
About the event
Lori March teaches yoga because the practice gave her life back. After years of living with an eating disorder and PTSD, yoga became a path to healing, resilience, and self-trust. Now, she shares this practice to help others reconnect with their bodies, breathe more freely, and discover what’s possible—on the mat and beyond.
Lori creates a compassionate, playful, empowering space where students can move with intention, meet themselves with kindness, and grow at their own pace. She’s honored to share yoga with the Wellness Loudoun community as part of their journey toward greater well-being.
Lori is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. She teaches and supports the community at Five Peaks Yoga in Lansdowne and Purcellville, VA full time. When not on her mat, she can be found scuba diving with her husband, cheering loudly for the Kansas City Chiefs and the NC State Wolfpack or striking yoga poses around the greater DC area.
