New Moon Sauna Ritual details 🌙
A celebration of stillness, renewal and intention, including –
A coconut sugar scrub with birch ash & hinoki bark to exfoliate and release.
A white clay mask with Romanian rose water & rose buds to purify and soften.
Latvian eucalyptus whisking to energise, clear and reconnect.
Yin & Yang elements to honour the moon’s duality – black scrub for grounding, white clay for clarity.
Those joining the 8pm communal sauna session will get some beautiful views of the sunset setting over the rolling Derbyshire hills.
Anyone attending is welcome to come before their allocated sauna time or stay after (between 6 & 10pm) to rest, relax and connect around the camp fire 🔥
