What an absolute BLAST we had last week when the wonderful @hannah.goodger came back to Peak Saunas to lead a New Moon inspired sauna ritual.

I was lucky enough to join a season myself and experienced my first bit of whisking. And OH MY � It was fabulous. Like a firm yet gentle hug � Totally rejuvenating and delicious.

Feedback was so ace that we’ve decided to host a re-run during Wednesday Sauna Club on 10th September at the 6pm slot.
