Christmas Light Switch On

Our next major event takes place this Saturday the 15th of November - see Ashbourne come to life with sparkling Christmas lights as The Mayor, Cllr Caroline Cooper along with her special guest Lachlan Fielding turn on our Christmas lights at 5.30pm. Festive music and entertainment will commence at 4.30pm come and meet our Frozen and Star Wars themed characters and of course Santa Claus and Mrs Claus. John Haynes from Dove Radio will be our master of ceremonies playing Christmas hits. Don't forget that a section of Buxton Road from the junction with at the top of the Market Place to the junction with St John's Street will be closed from 5.00 pm till 6pm.
