Sacred Return: A Somatic Breathwork Journey

Join us Saturday August 9th from 6-8pm for a breathwork journey guided by Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator Chase Nehila!

“Sacred Return” is a journey designed to support the release of stored emotions, tension relief, and deeper connection to the breath and body.

Participants will be guided through intention setting, a breakdown of the breathwork flow, light somatic movement, and a body scan meditation to prepare the body and mind.

The main portion consists of a one-hour breathwork journey guided by intentional music, followed by time for integration and optional group sharing.

No prior experience is necessary — just come as you are. Please bring any additional items (eye covering, blankets, pillows) for comfortability.
