Ukraine - Supporting the Fight for Freedom

Mark Hayward, a former Special Forces medic has been volunteering in Ukraine since March 2022. A Washington Post article 02/24/25 highlighted what Mark and others in Nome, Alaska were doing to help in Ukraine, from training troops to use javelin missiles, to building drone jammers, to buying, refurbishing and delivering ambulances. People across the country contacted him to offer support through the non-profit Alaska2Ukraine. Mark just recently returned from a trip to Ukraine. Join us to learn more about what is currently happening in Ukraine and the inspiring work of Mark and his friends from Nome, Alaska.
