Preparing for Transformation
Step into transformation with grounding and energetic clearing. This sound bath will prepare you for the seasonal shift and invite renewed alignment. Let crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments guide you inward, supporting alignment of body, mind and spirit.
Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
