Group Chakra Balancing

Feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself?

This in-person group class is designed to help you reset your nervous system and realign your energy through the full chakra system—from root to crown.

The chakras are your body’s energetic blueprint. When they’re blocked or out of balance, it shows up physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In this class, we’ll use sound bowls, guided chakra meditation, Reiki, pendulums, and smoke medicine to clear stagnant energy and restore flow.

It’s part nervous system balm, part energetic tune-up, part “what the hell is going on with me?”—and that’s kind of the point.

Come as you are. Overstimulated, skeptical, or holding it all together—there’s room for you here.

Info: We’ll work from root to crown (yes, all seven chakras—unless one throws a tantrum), using sound, guided meditation, and subtle energy work to clear out the static and call your soul back into the chat.
