A Taste of Global Outreach

Arvada AUMC supports three global ministries focused on education to overcome generational poverty. Come for a fun, interactive dinner to taste foods from the three countries we support – Uganda, Guatemala, and Mexico – while learning the importance of education in overcoming poverty. Information about the three global organizations we support - Pura Vida in Guatemala, Give Ye Them to Eat in Mexico, and Far Away Friends in Uganda – will be featured. Learn how all of us can help to further the educational goals of these ministries. We will also introduce a mission trip opportunity to Guatemala next June to teach English to students.

Dinner starts at 6:00 pm, followed by the informational program. The meal is free, but we ask that you please register by August 10, so we know how many are coming. Also indicate if you need childcare during the dinner. Donations to support these three global ministries will be gladly accepted.
