On the Nurture in Nature wellbeing day we'll enjoy:

& this wonderfully revitalising day is all set against the backdrop of the stunning South Downs.
Spaces are limited to make for a fun and intimate group size which means they fill quickly .
So, if you're in need of some 'me time' and a day embracing YOU plus nature, nourishing food, fitness and lots of fun, this is for you!
Based out of the wonderful Riverside Tea Rooms, at Houghton Bridge, Arundel, our Nurture in Nature experiences will leave you feeling energised, equipped and empowered.
The day typically runs from on the water for 10am through to 4pm and is priced at £95 per person including equipment or £75 if you have your own.
Note: you must be able to paddle and steer and self rescue (get back on if you fall in) to participate in the retreat. If you want to brush up on your SUP skills in advance then do get in touch and let's schedule a beginners or refreshers session.
