Community Coffee Afternoon

Join us Thursday 4th September from 2pm for our special World Alzheimer's Day Coffee Afternoon.
We will be raising awareness and supporting those living with dementia at our community coffee afternoon. Come along and meet our friendly staff team. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you're caring for someone living with dementia at home or would just like to find our more about Alzheimer's disease.
