Sun Tea & Sound Meditation with Reflexology

Join Jolene & Amy for a summer gathering at Willow Tree Wellness in Arthur, IL.

Sun Tea Social invites you to pause, connect, and ground into the energy of the season.

Sun tea will be provided along with a brief conversation around summer's energy — how it shows up in our lives and bodies.

We will then shift into gentle movement to open the body and settle the mind, followed by a restorative laying-down meditation.
JoJo will offer a soothing gong sound meditation, while Amy provides gentle reflexology touch to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

Bring a glass, yoga mat, pillows, or blanket to feel cozy.
