Join us for a welcoming, all-levels yoga class designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and improve flexibility. Through a combination of gentle stretches, mindful movement, and breathing exercises, this class supports overall wellness and helps you feel balanced and energized. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
