As the days grow shorter and winter settles in, join us for an all-levels yoga practice designed to help you move through the season with warmth and intention.

This welcoming class is perfect for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis, and will focus on grounding, gentle stretches, and mindful flow to support both body and mind during the colder months. Let February be your time to restore, reflect, and reconnect.
