You Are Not Alone: Growth & Resiliency Workshop

Audrey Grunst is a licensed clinical social worker, author, and CEO recognized for her expertise in resilience, mental health, and self-awareness. Audrey created the Growth & Resiliency Model (GARM) and wrote 5 Steps to Grow a Resilient Mind, blending evidence-based practices with practical tools for thriving in high-pressure environments. Her work highlights the essential role of self-awareness in building resilience, unlocking potential, and redefining what success looks like in business, athletics, and everyday life. She is a sought-after speaker at national conferences and on September 24th, she’ll share how resilience and self-awareness are not just mental health tools—they are the foundation of true, sustainable success.

This workshop is possible due to a grant from the Maryland Department of Health and we’d love to make it available for as many people as possible with both face-to-face and virtual access. Please feel free to share this with others, bring your students, or encourage them to attend. AACC employees can register through The Center for Professional Learning. All other participants can access the workshop either face-to-face or virtually.
