Guided Relaxation Circle!
Wednesday 13th August | 6:30 - 7:30pm

An hour of sound, stillness and meditation for a gentle yet powerful journey of relaxation. Travelling inward to reconnect with your inner calm and rebalance your sacred energy centres. Whether you're new to meditation or returning to your practice, this circle offers a supportive space to find peace and reconnect with yourself.

Meditation cushions are provided but feel free to bring your own mat, a blanket or anything that brings you comfort. We'll take care of the rest!
