🎉 Challenge Accepted! 🎉 Are you ready to test your limits? Join the Triple Threat Challenge at Arnold Fitness Center on July 23, from 5 AM to 7:30 PM.

🔥 The Lineup:

Bench Press

Squat

Deadlift

💪 The Prize: Crush the combined weight goals and score an exclusive hoodie.

Men: 1,000 lbs+

Women: 500 lbs+

👊 Who Can Join? Open to all eligible Fitness Center users aged 18 and up.
