DANCING IN VIBRATIONAL FIELDS
A practice-day in the beautiful woods of Zijpendaal in Arnhem, open to movement lovers of all levels with a curiosity in engaging with a larger world, we are part of.
DANCING IN VIBRATIONAL FIELDS addresses movement and rhythm as phenomena that animate our body and the living landscape, and that are fundamental to the ways we relate and interact with the world.
As part of the ongoing series 'Fields of Belonging' this workshop addresses movement and rhythm as phenomena that animate our body and the living landscape, and that are fundamental to the ways we relate and interact with the world.
Combining an awareness of the rhythmical dance of our heart and breathing with simple movement activities opens up our permeable body and provides a stronger sense of aliveness.
We become receptive to the buzzing life around us, happening on micro- and macro levels - a vibrational field of movement, rhythm and interconnections that we are part of. As we touch, see, hear and smell we can tune into the particular movement of trees, water, clouds or insects. Listening and being listened to opens a dialog with the natural environment, in which intuition, fluid attention and playfulness guide our dancing.
The session invites a lively interplay in which we can experience our unique connection with nature and with ourselves.

Fee: € 70,-
