Intentional Creative Expression Workshop - for Adults

What to expect at an Intentional Creative Expression Workshop with April:

Step 1: Grounding & Short Mettā (loving-kindness) Meditation

Step 2: You are invited to choose a feeling — painful or pleasurable — and create an artwork based on this feeling. April will guide the group through the process of choosing the feeling and acknowledging it with loving-kindness

Step 3: You will be given prompts to assist you to express this through shapes and colours.

Each session offers a different medium & process (noted next to dates of workshops on website).

Step 4: Coming together to end the session in gratitude.

🦋 All sessions will be woven together by the philosophy of Mettāmorphosis: (verb) to have unconditional love & loving-kindness whilst transforming 👐🏼
