Haydn’s Sunrise is a program of beautiful string quartets by the masters of the form including Mozart, Boccherini and Haydn. The Australian Haydn Ensemble (AHE) is one of Australia’s foremost exponents of the music of the Classical era, played on period instruments to bring you as close as possible to the sound worlds that the composers knew. By turns delightful, surprising and moving, this is music to uplift and inspire.
