Feldenkrais - Movement Therapy

Taught by Leonie who has come out of retirement to run these classes for you.

Feldenkrais participants have reported that it helps not only physically, but also has had emotional and psychological benefits for them.

The idea of this Feldenkrais class is to learn how to use small movements to increase your range of movement, help to stop pain and help to avoid injury.

Did you know that Feldenkrais is credited as being a leader in identifying the relationship between the brain and pain?

What to bring to class:

Two towels,
An extra wide yoga mat or similar,
A water bottle,
Wear comfortable clothing
