Join us for an unforgettable evening exploring the complexity of Cacao and the various ways it can be used to help balance and add depth to cuisine. Ex-colleagues and old friends, Farzam Fallah (GLO GELATO) and Alessandro Luppolo (Attica, Melb - NoMad, NYC) are coming together for one evening to bring you a globally inspired menu with flavours rooted in Iran, Vietnam, Japan, Italy and of course Australia. Using indigenous ingredients as well as childhood favourites, a new menu has been developed for the third instalment of the Cocao Symphony, being held at Harvie Wine Bar in Armadale. A chocolate lovers dream, where every course is chocolate. And no, it’s not all just dessert.
