September: Friday 5th at 7:30PM, Saturday 6th at 7:30PM, Wednesday 10th at 7:30 Friday 12th at 7:30PM, and Saturday 13th at 2PM and 7:30PM
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:
Rehearsals will be 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays,
and Saturdays. Rehearsals will begin in June and last approximately 13 weeks. Most rehearsals will be held at Roleystone Theatre unless otherwise stated.

SYNOPSIS:
As the action begins, Rome prepares for Caesar’s triumphal entrance. Brutus, Caesar’s friend and ally, fears that Caesar will become king, destroying the republic. Cassius and others convince Brutus to join a conspiracy to K*ll Caesar.
On the day of the assassination, Caesar plans to stay home at the urging of his wife, Calphurnia. A conspirator, Decius Brutus, persuades him to go to the Senate with the other conspirators and his friend, Mark Antony. At the Senate, the conspirators stab Caesar to death. Antony uses a funeral oration to turn the citizens of Rome against them. Brutus and Cassius escape as Antony joins forces with Octavius Caesar.
Encamped with their armies, Brutus and Cassius quarrel, then agree to march on Antony and Octavius. In the battle which follows, Cassius, misled by erroneous reports of loss, persuades a slave to K*ll him; Brutus’s army is defeated. Brutus commits suicide, praised by Antony as “the noblest Roman of them all.”
ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Andre Victor is a relatively new director in Perth but has already built a name for himself. After directing the one-act show “The Simple Gift” at Roleystone Theatre in 2024 he has walked away with Best New Writing, Best Director of One-Act, and Best One-Act Production at the 2024 Robert Finley Awards hosted by the Independent Theatre Association; the entire cast earned their own awards for the performances within the show. Andre and the original cast of “The Simple Gift” then took the show to FRINGEWORLD 2025 at Hayman Theatre where they walked away as the WA Winner of the Theatre and Performance Award. Andre pushes his casts to a deeper level of performance with collaboration, and unity; a cast that plays together, fights together. He uses industry techniques to help break the fear of actors trying something new on stage, to help even the newest actor feel at home. “Even if an idea isn’t the right fit, it may help lead to something that is.”
